1. Newborn Consults- this can cover anything from prepping your nursery, product recommendations, sleep preparation, anything + everything newborn related.

2. Sleep Consults- In this 1 hour session, we will review any issues related to sleep for newborn through 1 year of age. This can include providing support on sleep conditioning, sleep training (using a variety of methods that honor your parenting style), getting your baby on a sleep rhythm & schedule, and problem solving ANY issues around sleep. This 1 hour session includes a written up plan of action and options to purchase additional in-person or virtual coaching sessions to meet your sleep goals. 

3. Postpartum & Newborn Care Specialist Services- postpartum support (typically overnight).
